Government employees trooped to Glorietta Activity Center today. I
don't know how many attended the housing fair yesterday but today, my
mother and I had tickets 39839 and 39841. The fair has been extended
until tomorrow to accommodate the others who didn't make it today.

ShangYi is my Chinese name. I don't think there's a drop of Chinese blood in my veins, but my Mandarin teacher gave her students names in Chinese. I thought that SaYong would suffice since it sounds Chinese. But she said that I couldn't use "sa" because sa (pronounced si) also means killed...So I said, never mind about holding on to my nickname :) A rose is a rose is a rosario still ...
